The Terms and Conditions is apply to your use of this website including the use of the information services offered on the Site.

In accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions so please carefully read this section before proceeding. If you do not accept these Conditions, you must refrain from using the Site. These Conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Site.

All bookings should must be made through New Delhi, India office only. All confirmed bookings along with 50% of package price should be sent to us. The balance payment should be remitted 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the trip. Any bookings made less than four weeks before the date of departure, the entire charge is payable at the time of bookings. The company reserves the right to treat any failure to follow the above, as cancellation of the booking.

While we are sending status of bookings, we sent time limit for deposit to suppliers, failing time limit may cause of cancellation of our confirmed bookings by our suppliers. In that condition we will not be responsible and we will not honor our previous quotation. To reinstate, the same booking may be cost will be changed; it will depend totally depending by our suppliers (Hotels, transport, airlines, railways, etc). This should be followed strictly.


Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Bestindiatrip.

Cancellation charges will be as under :
» 60 days or more- Non refundable deposit if any
» Between 37 and 59 days – US$ 50 and non refundable deposit if any
» Between 16 and 36 days- 50% of tour fare and non refundable deposit if any
» Between 7 and 15 days- 75% of tour fare and non refundable deposit if any
» Within Week- 100%

Children Policy

» 0 – 5 years and below – Free without any extra bed
» 05 years upto 12 years – 80% of adult cost with an extra bed.
» 05 years upto 12 years – 60% of adult cost without an extra bed.
» 12 years and above – Will be treated as adult.

Hotels Policy

» Check in time will be 12.00 hrs and Check out time will be 11.00 hrs
» Early check in / late Check-out will be subject to availability at the discretion of the hotel’s management
» Early breakfast will be depend upon hotel authority
» Hotel classifications are as per Bestindiatrip classifications, as given by popular & compatible facilities offered. Foreign Tour operators/ Guests are advised to view hotels on the web sites, if any questions/doubts exist, prior to making reservations. No complaints on this would be accepted after the tour.
» Twin rooms will be subject to availability.


No refund or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, admission fees, special shows and /or other services which are included in the tour fare but are not utilized by the client.

Due to bad weather or any other reason beyond our control, if any additional services are needed by the clients, passenger will be responsible for his/her own hotels/lodge/meals/ flight tickets/ train tickets/ transport and any other expenses. Neither Bestindiatrip nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for additional expenses. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for weather condition, delay of flight, train, visa problem or road transport.

Once tour is start there will be no refund for any unutilized services. During tour, if there is meals in city restaurant, it will be provided at city restaurant only on fixed menu basis or as agreed, it can not be changed for any hotel or any a-l-cart basis. It can be changed on direct payment basis by the guests but there will be no any refund in any circumstances.


All the packages are sold under the business management of Bestindiatrip The right is reserved to cancel or to alter any package as condition require. Neither Bestindiatrip nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action, illness, bad weather, strikes/ riots, war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, road block, acts of gods, acts of government or of any authorities etc. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for such unforeseen condition.

Meals & Beverages

In India, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Bangla Desh, at all local restaurants and in the Hotels restaurants, Beverages (Hard and Soft drinks) and any type of food brought from outside is not allowed to use.
Also please note our cost does not include any type of drinks (Hard or Soft, bottled mineral water) while having meals at the local restaurants or in the Hotels until unless mentioned while finalizing tour cost. Filtered water is being provided, its very safe to drink.

Meals – As per our policy, wherever we will send our confirmations for meals, will be provided only at particular hotels/restaurants only. No change will be allowed, If Tour operator/ Guests want to change, can be done only on direct payment basis and no refund will be made.
Pack Lunch/Pack dinner- As per itinerary as agreed will be provided along with menu agreed. All on sudden change for packed meals, whatever concerned suppliers (Hotels/restaurants) will provide, should be accepted. In that condition no demand will be entertained.

Air Ticket Cancellation / Lay Over Policy

As per airlines and as per our discussions while finalizing cost of International or domestic air tickets. In case of cancellation of int’l or domestic flights, accommodation and other land arrangements are not being provided by low cost airlines (LCC).

Railways Tickets Cancellation

There will be no refund for any train tickets once the tours start. To change the dates of travel we need information at least 30 days prior to journey commence. Confirmed berths or seats totally depend on availability of berths or seats. Kindly note that Indian railways starts bookings 120 days in advance and after that its first come first serve basis.

Complain / suggestions

In an unlikely event of customer being dissatisfied over services, it should be brought to our notice immediately during travelling period for rectification. No post tour complaints will be considered.

Other Conditions

» Visit to wild life parks, adventure activities, etc, will be at guests own risk.
» Optional tours and additional services shall be provided with additional on direct payment basis.
» Insurance arrangements should must be made by tour operator/guests themselves in their own country.
» Rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless full payment has been received.
